Our Wilton office has a 32-40hr position available for a Home Care Consultant.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: Coordinate with regional PSS personnel and Home Care Team Coordinators to ensure the delivery of quality services that exceed client expectations, achieve regulatory compliance, and serves as a mentor to the PSS team to enhance overall job satisfaction. Collaborates with recruiting team to expand PSS teams within respective regions as a partner in the recruiting and onboarding process. Collaborates with the clinical education team to ensure effective clinical skills and professional development of the PSS team. Collaborates with the business innovations team to expand service offerings within respective regions.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of PSS or CNA certification required.

EXPERIENCE: 1 Year of Home Care experience as a PSS or CNA. Prior experience in a decentralized environment is a plus.
