Job description

We are looking to hire experienced arborists and individuals new to the industry! All levels are provided on-the-job training on all the equipment and techniques needed to do the job safely and efficiently. Our company is looking for employees who are responsible, have a positive attitude, hardworking, motivated and willing to learn. Individuals who show respect for others, for equipment and for the property of the customers, leaving their property better than we found it.

Primary Responsibilities: Follow all safety procedures and policies Work as part of a team Take part in pre-job briefing with crew Haul wood, branches, brush, and debris Use chainsaws to clear brush and remove trees Pole-sawing Operate aerial buckets and grapple saw trucks Grind stumps Climb trees using appropriate safety equipment Maintain and proper upkeep of all tools and equipment Drive equipment to and from job sites Perform other related duties as required or assigned

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Lift, carry, push, pull, and drag up to 80lbs frequently Stand and walk up to 2 hours at a time Working in varying temperatures: 90F to -25F Withstand heights up to 60 feet Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.

Qualifications:

Willingness to Learn Valid Driver's License (Required) Commercial Drivers License (CDL) (Preferred)

Pre-Hire Requirements

Must have a clean driver's license.

Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug test.

This position is Full-time during our peak seasons Late Spring/Summer/ Early Fall with options for Full-time or Part-time during off peak season.
