Aerotek Welder in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania

Welders will be responsible for:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints that come in from a variety of manufacturing sites and range in their origination and specifications

  • Laying out and fitting all parts and components prior to tacking them together to be welded

  • Running solid wire (MIG / GMAW) or flux/metal core wire (FCAW) welding techniques on metals including mild steel, carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel and galvanized steel

  • Pay Rate: $20.00-$26.00/hour based upon experience and a weld evaluation

  • $1.50-2.50/hour shift differential based on shift

Shifts Available:

  • 2nd shift: 2:00PM - 12:30AM, Monday-Friday

  • 3rd shift: 7:30PM - 6:00AM, Sunday-Thursday

Experience Requirements:

  • Must have 1 year of fabrication experience
