Teleion is looking for a Compliance Project Manager to join our team! Summary: Teleion is seeking a Compliance Project Manager to join our Team. This is an exciting and challenging role and will give the right person a chance to be part of a company and make impact. Our program management team leads and partners with teams across our client’s organization to plan, coordinate, and implement critical projects resulting from operating a global business. Successful candidates will have experience in three disciplines – Compliance, French & German Language, and Project Management –in order to bridge across our diverse group of stakeholders. The candidate needs to be able to support communications in these areas with current process owners and project stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to define and refine compliance project objectives and deliverables.

• Obtaining and driving to clarity workstream requirements coming from one or more impacted functions and demonstrating a solid working knowledge of requirements to project stakeholders and sponsors.

• Building workstream project plans and identifying workstream dependencies during the planning process; supporting the resource planning process.

• Liaising with cross-functional workstream participants consisting of Clients Businesses to provide a comprehensive status update to the program lead related to the assigned workstream.

• Identifying areas of risk to the project scope or timeline, and escalating to program leadership in a timely manner.

• Diving deep where needed to resolve blocking issues during project execution, testing, launch and cutover.

• Be the security compliance subject matter expert for the organization. Proactively engage with teams on requirements gatherings, ability to explain in detail, answer questions, and provide guidance on applicable controls and elements.

  Language Requirement:

• French: Native/Fluent

• German: Professional

  Requirement:

• 5+ years professional experience in the Compliance/Audit domain, preferably in an online service space.

• Must have 2+ years’ experience in Project Management

• Data center audit experience is a plus

• Proficiency in writing executive level reports and technical documentation

• Ability to work independently without detailed guidance.

• Experience communicating effectively across business and technical boundaries in order to offer recommendations as an expert with best practices.

• Ability to deal with ambiguity.
