As an electronics/controls engineering assistant, you will support engineers in the development and verification of hybrid and all electric powertrains. Work also includes operating hybrid and electric powertrain test cells, reviewing and analyzing data, researching the latest technology in electronics and preparing supporting documentation for project presentations and reports. Also we are looking for students that have background or are interested in software development for SMART Vehicles as well as Cyber Security and Functional Safety.

Qualifications:

Students with a passion for electronics, controls and high-tech powertrain applications

Experience with MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow preferred

Experience with Electric Motor and/or Electric Motor Controller design a plus

Exposure to Hybrid and/or all Electric Powertrains a plus Must be pursuing Engineering degree

This position has flexible hours, with night and/or weekend shifts available.
