Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the development of inspection & training plans to align with the integrated inspection strategies.
Monitor and schedule internal inspection maintenance systems & auditing.
Provide planning and scheduling support to the project team in accordance with offshore procedures.
Liaise with management, staff on/offshore, and client personnel.
Assist in scheduling and monitoring of inspection visits and services.
Ensure the project team are informed of all external communications relating to their projects.
Accurate weekly and monthly reports and programs (where required).
Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
Endeavouring to develop innovative solutions in order to optimise project efficiency and differentiate Oceaneering from its competitors.
Attending technical and operational meetings as required.
Ensuring Operations Managers/Team Leaders approve or are informed of all external communications relating to their projects.

Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment;
Promote a strong HSE culture at all times;
Ensure that personnel identify with and achieve, the necessary Health and Safety performance standards associated with the relative risks to personnel and plant in their environment and daily work;
Ensure that business and HSE risk implications of integrity issues are clearly identified and assessed for consideration within the Oceaneering Integrity Management Team and communicated to the Client;
Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems;
Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems for the Company; and
Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.

Qualifications and Training
Completed training and/or experience with software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Prometheus or similar
Administrative qualifications and/or tertiary level diploma within field
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Administration and/or Project Planning within the Engineering or Mechanical Maintenance arena
Experience within the Inspection/Integrity arena (desirable)
Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry (desirable)
Experience working effectively with internal and external stakeholders such as peers, staff groups (outside the formal line of authority), senior management, external vendors etc.
Required Skills and Aptitudes
Demonstrated high level communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to generate a team approach to problem solving
Ability to self-manage when required and work unassisted during peak demand
Effective time management and prioritisation skills with a high level of attention to detail
An understanding of ISO9001, 17025 & 17020 requirements
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with the Client and/or contractor at various levels of seniority
Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition and provide flexibility with working hours as required
