Job Description:
This position is an independent contractor role, part-time to full-time
Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle recruiting and candidate management
Recruits applicants for internal and external job requisitions
Builds applicant sources by leveraging job boards, community services, internal/external networks, and other sources to find qualified candidates
Determines applicant requirements by reviewing the job description/speaking with the hiring manager
Works with the organization’s in-house senior recruiters to support the various business requirements and requisitions
Responsible for conducting warm/cold calls to potential candidates
This role will include sourcing, recruiting, scheduling, face-to-face meetings, and metric reporting.
Assist with other HR or recruiting needs
Minimum Qualifications:
Can work U.S. time zone (Pacific)
Ideally one that has recruited for the U.S. (US-based applicants for US-based clients)
Three years of experience in recruiting in a high-volume staffing agency preferred
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s Degree at accredited college/university or equivalent level of experience
Demonstrated ability to write, speak, and present
Knowledge of HRIS applications (Paycom) and ATS Systems (JazzHR, ZipRecruiter) is an advantage
Project Management experience is an edge
