Summary

Project Managers are responsible to ensure projects are completed on time within specific constraints by properly gathering requirements, setting measurable goals, managing and tracking the development process. As a Project Management Intern, you will be assisting Project Managers in their day-to-day tasks. This is a paid remote internship position.

Area of Responsibility

• Project Assessment

• Understands the goal and values of each projects and translates to a proper documentation.

• Assisting project managers in accomplishing requirements gathering process between external and internal stakeholders.

• Assisting project managers in assessing business value and development effort estimation. 

• Project Planning

• Produces deliverables needed for project development.

• Assisting project managers in creating a solid timeline and measurable checkpoints.

• Assisting project managers in project strategies implementation.

• Project Management

• Promotes the project goals and vision and empowers the business value internally and externally.

• Assisting project managers in maintaining the velocity of the development process and produce comprehensive reports.

• Help with organizing project updates meetings

• Project Handover

• Prepare technical and non-technical documentation of the project.

• Assisting in the ownership transfers from the project team to operations.

  Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree/final year students of any major.

• Interest in technology and Project Management

• Basic knowledge of software development process and lifecycle

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical problem-solving skills

• Organization and time management

• Use of basic project management tools such as Excel/Sheets, Trello, JIRA
