This is for a full time position with benefits.  This position is Hybrid with 2 office days and 3 work from home days.

This role will entail utilizing key administrative skills to recruit and onboard new interpreters who will provide language services onsite. This position will also provide support for current linguists, maintain files, and assist with compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility for recruitment of new interpreters for onsite operations department.

  • Responsible for facilitating the interview, orientation, on-boarding, and follow-up with each new Interpreters.

  • Run reports and analyze current on-site needs to identify recruitment needs.

  • Collaborate with Director, Manager and Document Admin in the evaluation of current practices with the objective of optimizing internal processes and policies.

  • Fulfill research-based remote linguist recruitment.

  • Ensure compliance (and up to date) with state 1099 rules and regulations.

  • Generate analytical and well-documented linguist sourcing, recruiting, and selection reports and metrics.

  • Build and maintain relationships with interpreters and potential candidates.

  • Coach and guide Interpreters to follow TLG guidelines.

  • Onboard interpreters using recruitment software. Adjusting the workflow, emails, and texts accordingly.

  • Coordinate with Document Administrator to ensure interpreters are onboarded with client specific requirements/credentials.

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a quickly changing environment.

  • Skilled at problem solving, and decision making.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize your own work.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to innovative technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a role where you have attained industry specific knowledge for Language Services Preferred

  • Comprehensive understanding of the interpreting profession Preferred

  • Knowledge of national and local standards for Healthcare Interpreters Preferred

  • Recruitment experience Required

  • Degree Required
