You provide superior customer service in every interaction.

The day to day

You will answer incoming calls, respond to customer emails, and assist walk-in customers. 

You will write up, process, collect, and distribute orders for customers. 

You will assist with warehouse operations by analyzing low-stock situations, assisting in stock replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse. 

Managing and resolving customer issues will be your contribution to a high-performance branch operation.

You will occasionally drive to other branches and help out when needed. 

What you have

A high school diploma, HVAC/R technical degree, or Associate degree in HVAC/R.

Two years of HVAC/R technical or counter experience.
