Citigroup Program Management Lead -Onboarding in Tampa, Florida

The Program Management Lead for HR Background Screening is an Individual contributor role who Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area to drive the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the Background Screening process in coordination with the Human Resources Recruitment team. The overall objective of this role is to develop, implement and provide strategic direction to drive activities in support of the business strategy. Will have responsibility for capacity planning, spend forecasting, and codifying policy and requirements into procedure.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding Function Process within HCM platform, with a proven track record of transformational leadership

  • Act as the Delegate (Secondary) point of contact representing the Global function with senior business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners, such as HR Advisors and Legal

  • Supports planning, directing and coordination of running a program or portfolio of programs within a global setting

  • Applies in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the subfunction as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function

  • Oversees business projects through to implementation, and conduct productive process reviews, looking across all areas and coming up with the strategic solution and detailed design

  • Works with Program Sponsor to develop detailed business strategy to position the function to better align to the firmwide talent acquisition plans

  • Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.

  • Creates the program risk management and Quality plan, and monitors program metrics for compliance

  • Works with Third-party management team to create, administer, track, and eventually close supplier program issues.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

•6-10 years’ experience in Banking Operations. Preferably within Human Resources and/or shared Services

•Experience with HCM platforms. Preferably Workday

•Experience in Project Management with direct involvement with End to End deployments

•Experience in strategy or consulting functions.

•Superb quantitative and statistical analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively to find strategic solutions.

•Excellent communication skills, who can consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or combination of any education and experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
