Job Description

We are looking for Business Analysts to join a high functioning team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the backlog, providing direction to the technical team, understand scope of work, updates, identify resources, testing needs (work with testing teams), remediate integration issues, working in ADO, UAT and creating UAT test scripts/cases. The teams will ultimately be working to resolve integrations with applications.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Experience with Azure DevOps (or Jira if they can figure out ADO on their own, because no one will teach them)

• Knows how to enter user stories, bugs, enhancements and burndown in ADO

• Strong documentation skills (User Stories, BRD, FRD, etc.)

• Application development technical knowledge to define system requirements

• Experience working with offshore teams

• Strong skills gathering requirements and working with stakeholders

• UAT and test scripts/cases

• Proactive, and self-managed - Prior Big 4 experience null
