About the role:
In your role as Analyst, Planning and Administration you will play a key role supporting the broader Global Markets team primarily through administrative and planning tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
To provide general administrative assistance to the Global Markets team
Control invoices of Vendors registering into internal IT system to make sure timely payment
Control expense in the department to be reported to regional head office located in Singapore, Hong Kong
KYC of counterparties co-working with related stakeholders.
Assist with IDs creation for IT applications and related issues in the department.
Arrange and control procurement of IT application as well as office goods.
Arrange domestic / international travel for department staffs and support tasks related travel with General Administration Department
Arrange external / internal meeting logistics for staff
Support the onboarding for new starters in the department including IT equipment
Helping drive efficiency and process improvements
Completing other ad-hoc tasks as directed
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in administrative role, preferably supporting a team
Diary management
Ability to prioritise across a range of tasks
Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong professional written and verbal communication
The ability to be organised, able to multitask and work autonomously and proactively.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills are essential
Personable and professional manner at all times
