Job Description

Regional Partner Program Managers (PPM) work alongside the Sales, PSMs and Partners within their geography to provide overall operational consistency in alignment with the global program.

The PPM will support the implementation and maintenance of the Partner Program, from the contract management and the partner onboarding, to the deal registration review and all processes reinforcement to assure partner data hygiene.

The PPM will also be responsible for the setup of all needed enablement activities, both on the sales and on the technical sides, to raise awareness, maturity and self-sufficiency.

The PPM will be capable of advocating on behalf of our partners to cross-functional teams so that Partners have the best experience possible interacting with the Dynatrace platforms, being prepared to test the systems before they reach the partners.

The PPM will be an incredibly organized person, capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities. He/she will have excellent communication skills, and will be able to present to all audiences, from the technical operations to the regional leaders, and will be able to solve conflicts as needed.

The PPM will concentrate on a region, where he/she will take responsibility for all tasks, enforcing all processes, and reporting on them, but he/she will also work on the global distributed PPM team, contributing to the definition and improvement of the processes with clear and innovative ideas.

Qualifications

  • IT background

  • Channel experience

  • Dynamic, flexible, team player - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary

  • Effective communication and Organizational skills

  • Able to define and enforce processes

  • Focus on the results

  • English - written and spoken

  • System test experience (at least fondness and patience for testing and assuring platforms run correctly)

  • Salesforce

  • MS suite
