• 按要求参加海关、商检等组织的培训、会议等；

• 负责监督管理所有进口相关事宜，保证进口正常进行，满足生产计划要求；

• 负责监督管理所有出口相关事宜，保证出口正常进行，满足订单要求；

• 负责监督管理所有国内外订单的相关事宜，保证订单按时、准确的执行；

• 负责国内物流服务商的评估、选择和使用；

• 负责特殊采购项目的联系、协调、控制；

• 负责国内、海外客户的联系沟通，文件传递等；

• 负责每月部门每月KPI指标的完成和报告；

• 负责仓库管理及库存管理：

库存管理：负责监督和管理仓库的库存，确保库存准确、有序。 物料接收和发放：负责接收、检查和记录进货物料，并安排发放给相关部门或客户。 仓库布局和组织：设计和优化仓库布局，以确保物料存储和取出的高效性，同时确保安全和易于管 理。 记录和报告：记录仓库活动，并定期生成报告，包括库存水平、出入库记录、物料损耗 等。 流程改进：持续改进仓库运营流程，提高效率，降低成本，采用先进的仓库管理系统和技 术。

• 负责本部门内部的人员管理、调配、培训；

• 负责与海关、商检等相关政府部门的联系、沟通；

• 接受客户投诉或建议，并及时反映给相关部门，及时向客户反馈处理结果；
