Vios Medical Customer Success Manager in St. Paul, Minnesota

Why Consider This Job Opportunity The Customer Success Manager's (CSM) main objective is to ensure the Vios Monitoring System deployments are reliably and efficiently deployed in US Healthcare settings. In addition, the CSM will play an instrumental role in demonstrating the ongoing value of the VMS to existing Vios Customers with the goals of driving utilization, supporting VMS expansion, and reducing customer attrition. Workplace Policy Hybrid What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead the Project Management process interacting with key stakeholders (internally and externally) to ensure a timely and seamless VMS implementation process. Collaborate with the internal/external Vios Team members to collect and analyze customer-leading indicator reports such as Vios utilization, alarm incidence data, RMS call logs, Vios Clinical Outcome Surveys, etc. to demonstrate the efficacy and value of our products. Facilitate the RMA process ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Coordinate upgrades with existing customer sites ensuring our customers remain on supported hardware, software/firmware versions. Provide field feedback to Vios Marketing and Product Management Teams to ensure we are meeting or exceeding our customers' expectations. Conduct post-deployment audits of the Vios Monitoring System to monitor and improve the implementation process. Assist the Vios Area Sales Representatives/Managers with managing the customer sites and maintaining optimal customer experience. Serve as a training/expert resource for future Customer Success team members and Vios Deployment Specialists. What Is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree. Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management/Customer Success experience. Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
