Job Duties: - Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organi zed at all times. - Operate all equipment and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards. - Responsible for production and plating of all food items . - Ensure food is prepared within reasonable time following CBRs policies and guidelines. - Monitor inventory levels and i nform Management of any supplies that need s to be ordered. - Dispose of waste using CBRs guidelines and adhere to recycling guidelines. - Ensure delivery items are properly put away, and assist with the stocking of inventory and organizing of refrigerators - Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order and u se and maintain all equipment according to manufacturer and department guidelines . - Clean, saniti z e and close workstations. - Report any maintenance or hazard issues to Supervisor. - Assist in serving food and beverages when needed. - Always maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Always practice basic food hygiene and ServSafe guidelines.
