About the Role
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Facilities Team on a one year fixed term contract. This role involves providing strong administration and project coordination services for Destination St. Andrews Resort. You will be responsible for the efficient completion of assigned projects and tasks within project department as determined by the Projects team to support the department in the overall feasibility, viability, analysis, planning, control and implementation of capital projects. This position is also expected to assist and support in the facilities department as required to provide better and more efficient use of internal staff and resources.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support Estate Director and Facilities Project Manager by providing support and coordination on projects across DSA sites
Assist and coordinate contractors on a day-to-day basis
Input and upkeep of project information to Kohler systems e,g. ACT, PlanView
Maintain project files
Maintain project planning and budgetary documentation
Raise purchase orders
Approval and monitoring of invoices
Work closely with DSAand Kohler stakeholders to define and monitor project objectives and scope
Liase with project support services such as external consultants (Architect, QS etc)
About You
Experience in project coordination is preferred
Ability to work on multiple projects and with multiple stakeholders
Strong IT and administration skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong financial and analytical skills
Ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organisation whether verbally, visually or written.
Demonstrable financial and operational experience ideally gained within a project setting
Excellent organizational skills
Full Clean Driving Licence
Salary
This a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 with a starting date of 1st April 2024. A competitive salary of £28,096.00 is offered along with a vast range of excellent employee benefits.
