US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting-edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team.

Responsibilities:

  • Should have a strong understanding of excel formulas and functions.

  • Be able to translate formulas and data presentations from excel to be contained and generated in ServiceNow.

  • Provide complex quality checks for the entire database.

  • Update asset records from database scans and checks for the enterprise.

  • Generate all Supply CDRLs/reports from database information and stakeholder request.

  • Proactively analyze and track purchases for value of cost, software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings.

  • Review and understand vendor contracts and software license agreements to understand the terms and conditions in which the software can be utilized.

  • Work with vendors, IT, and Supply Chain teams to analyze and resolve complex issues associated with the enterprise.

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Will need to understand and articulate points of view, demands, and clarifications from asset management and ServiceNow teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related logistics work experience.

  • BA/BS – may substitute additional years of experience.

  • Strong written and verbal skills.

  • Self-starter who can independently work and collaborate with other teams.

  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to put together and organize large amounts of information.

  • Strong Excel skills.

  • Possess an active secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with Enterprise Licensing Agreements and EULAs.

  • Experience with ServiceNow.

  • Familiar with Microsoft, Cisco, and Adobe DoD JELAs.

  • Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders.

The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
