Работи во областа на квалитетот, според дефинирани барања во Интегрираниот Систем за Управување (IMS) со квалитет, здравје и безбедност и заштита на животната средина, според барањата на меѓународните стандарди ISO / TS 22163, ISO 14001 и ISO 45001 и други применети стандарди за квалитет.

Главни одговорности :

• Стручно развива програми за мерење на делови на трокоординатна мерна машина (CMM) со цел одобрување на прво парче и одобрување на изработена серија во делот на производство.

• Обезбедува дека контролираните делови/производи се во согласност со важечка конструктивна документација.

• Врши обука и менторство на CMM-техничари кои користат готови-развиени програми за мерење на трокоординатна мерна машина (CMM).

• Согласно плановите за производство и монтажа ги организира, координира и насочува CMM-техничарите со цел навремена услуга за мерење како и соодветно разрешување на неусогласености во работењето.

• Одговорен е за одржување генерална чистота и услови за работа (температура и влага) на просторијата каде е поставена трокоординатна мерна машина (CMM).

• Учествува во изработка на анализи и извештаи за квалитетот на производите како и перформансите на процесите кои ги извршува; во врска со овие анализи, изработува извештаи за корективни и превентивни мерки и за ефектите од нивното спроведување.

• Соработува со останатите одделенија и сектори во компанијата заради координирање и давање стручна помош за извршување на активностите во врска со квалитетот.

• Како член на тим, учествува во интерните проверки на Интегрираниот Систем за Управување (IMS) со квалитет, здравје и безбедност и заштита на животната средина, според барањата на меѓународните стандарди ISO / TS 22163, ISO 14001 и ISO 45001, како и во проверките на процеси или делови од процеси кои се реализираат во Вабтек МЗТ.

• Идентификува неусогласености во процесите односно системот на работа во Вабтек МЗТ, и предлага корективни и превентивни мерки за спречување и отстранување на истите.

• Учествува во активности и проекти со проблематика од квалитетот.

• Изработува и дистрибуира документи за квалитет, кои се во неговиот делокругот на работа а во рамките на Секторот за Квалитет.

• Новоформираните документи за квалитет, технички ги обликува во електронска форма.

• Соработува со останатите одделенија и сектори во компанијата заради координирање и давање стручна помош за извршување на активностите во врска со квалитетот.

• Како член на тим, учествува во интерните проверки на Интегрираниот Систем за Управување (IMS) со квалитет, здравје и безбедност и заштита на животната средина, според барањата на меѓународните стандарди ISO / TS 22163, ISO 14001 и ISO 45001, во екстерните проверки и во проверките на испорачатели и кооперанти.

• Учествува во активности и проекти со проблематика од квалитетот.

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински инжинер или сродно образование од областа на техничките науки. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително.

Предност – мин. 2 години работно искуство.

Position Summary :

Works in the field of quality, according to defined requirements in the Integrated Management System (IMS) with quality, health and safety and environmental protection, according to the requirements of international standards ISO / TS 22163, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and other applied quality standards .

Major Responsibilities:

• Professionally develops programs for measuring parts on a three-coordinate measuring machine (CMM) in order to approve the first piece and approve a manufactured batch in the production department.

• Ensures that controlled parts/products are in compliance with valid construction documentation.

• Trains and mentors CMM technicians using off-the-shelf CMM measurement programs.

• According to production and assembly plans, organizes, coordinates and directs CMM technicians in order to provide timely measurement service as well as appropriate resolution of non-conformities in operation.

• Responsible for maintaining general cleanliness and working conditions (temperature and humidity) of the room where the three-coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is installed.

• Participates in the preparation of analyses and reports on the quality of the products as well as the performance of the processes it performs; in connection with these analyses, it prepares reports on corrective and preventive measures and on the effects of their implementation.

• Cooperates with other departments and sectors in the company for the purpose of coordinating and providing professional assistance for the performance of activities related to quality.

• As a team member, participates in the internal checks of the Integrated Management System (IMS) with quality, health and safety and environmental protection, according to the requirements of the international standards ISO / TS 22163, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, as well as in the checks of processes or parts of processes that are realized in Wabtec MZT.

• Identifies inconsistencies in the processes, that is, the system of work in Wabtec MZT, and proposes corrective and preventive measures to prevent and remove them.

• Participates in activities and projects with quality issues.

• Produces and distributes quality documents, which are within his scope of work and within the Quality Department.

• The newly created quality documents are technically shaped in electronic form.

• Cooperates with other departments and sectors in the company for the purpose of coordinating and providing professional assistance for the performance of activities related to quality.

• As a team member, participates in internal inspections of the Integrated Management System (IMS) with quality, health and safety and environmental protection, according to the requirements of international standards ISO / TS 22163, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, in external inspections and in the checks of suppliers and cooperators.

• Participates in activities and projects with quality issues.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Mechanical engineer or other related engineering degree; Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in written and verbal English.

Advantage – min. 2 years work experience.
