JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to support the Regional Consulting Team in conducting a variety of analyses, primary and secondary research and supporting Project Teams for delivery across engagements. The analyst will have an opportunity to work across different product lines including - labor and location analytics, retail analytics, data centres and portfolio planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an analyst, you will be a part of the project team supporting the project lead in the preparation of analysis for a range of deliverable such as:
Location and Labor Market Evaluation
Data Centre Market Research and Insights
Retail Analytics including geospatial modelling
Portfolio Planning
Interface with product leads to support a range of projects spanning key APAC Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets
Prepare reports, presentations and supporting documentation in a variety of formats (e.g. Microsoft suite products, Tableau, Power BI)
Drive and manage individual workstream development (Research, Data Collation, Storyboarding and Outputs Development)
Evaluate and analyse multiple primary and secondary data sources and maintain repositories of data collated for each product line
The Analyst will need to acquire and continually demonstrate high level of commercial and financial acumen – and be able to challenge the validity of information provided
In addition to supporting projects, the analyst will also be required to support proposal development for new projects, database management and business revenue administration tasks
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Business, Finance or Real Estate degree
Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is good to have.
Fresh Graduates are most welcome to apply.
At least 1 years of experience in consulting or market research is preferred.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyse and interpret data and documents
Inquisitive with good attention to detail
OTHER SKILLS
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products
Proficient in Excel (financial modelling including cashflow analysis ideal)
GIS software, Tableau, Power BI preferred
English essential, proficiency in second Asian language preferred
