Minimum Duties and Responsibilities Enters sales orders into an ERP system; Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of inventory locations, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions; Monitors work in process; Receive purchased items, compares to PO for accuracy and enter items into LN accounting system; Collect finished good production numbers and enter into LN accounting system; Assists external visitors and truck drivers with permit collection and shipping paperwork being completed for loads.

Advanced Duties and Responsibilities Communicate with various other departments as needed to create comprehensive schedules for business processes such as sales appointments, shipping, and accounting tasks; Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes; Trains new department personnel on all work procedures and software;
