Salary:                   $166,383/year to $194,480/year + bonus + equity + benefits.

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Duties:

Lead working groups across operational functions to construct clear enforcement strategies, understand dependencies and tradeoffs, and define a cohesive path to enabling new product launches, solving ad-hoc leadership needs, and optimizing processes. Develop and regularly communicate key project/program schedules and updates based on the product/technical requirements, operational workforce challenges, tooling lead-times, business needs and working group dependencies. Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and outsourced vendors to lead large scale strategic projects and enforcement launches, as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale. Work alongside Data Science partners to identify, analyze, and track key program performance indicators, and ensure actionable results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals.

Requirements:

Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Analytics or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted.

Experience must include 24 months of involving the following:

1. Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth;
2. SQL and data visualizations;
3. Program managing complex programs;
4. Project management in a highly dynamic and changing environment;
5. Fast-paced operations environment;
6. Risk analysis.
