Job Description:

• Apply architectural principles and collaborate with other architects on each phase of assigned projects.

• Develop design documentation (2D plans and 3D renderings, presentation materials and technical drawings) to illustrate design concept, development and final construction documents for assigned projects.

• Conduct pre-design services, including feasibility assessments, environmental studies, site and conceptual analysis of buildable land in Seattle, and identify a set of conditions to analyze and research the framework and requirements and building developments.

• Perform due diligence to ensure that all architectural plans are compliant with applicable city building codes.

• Create 3D or interactive representations of designs, using computer assisted design software, such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Job Requirements:

  • A master's degree in Architecture from NAAB accredited programs. Must have knowledge to use computer aided design software to create graphic representations of buildings. Must have knowledge of building materials.

     

  Work Hours:

  Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, 40 hrs/week

  $88,500/ year
