Position Summary

Responsible for eliciting demand from stakeholders, analyzing appropriate and pragmatic solutions, and authoring valid requirements for consumption by the developers. This position can be located in San Diego, CA or Houston, TX.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Analyzes high level business requirements with clients to produce workable development solutions that are both in line with client requests and suitable for the application.

  • Takes initiative to identify potential development risks, generate solutions to mitigate those risks, and lead the team to resolution.

  • Plans meetings with internal and external customers to share solutions and report on development risks.

  • Leads UX design of web applications.

  • Creates and organizes design documentation, wireframes, user stories with acceptance criteria, and developer tasks.

  • Develops and maintains processes which govern requirements gathering, documentation, and other analytical requirements.

  • Serves as liaison between client and development team.



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.

  • Three (3) to seven (7) years’ experience with business operations or systems development.

  • Strong understanding of Scrum Agile.

  • Strong familiarity with wireframing and PM software.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Familiarity with Balsamiq and Jira.
