L3Harris is currently searching for a Configuration Data/Doc Control Specialist who will follow the appropriate government and industry standards. This individual will follow program and contractual directives, organize, store, control, and facilitate the accurate management of data information and software, making it available to authorized internal and external customers, supporting all departments.
Responsibilities
Following contractual requirements, set up and maintain program data in SAP and Teamcenter
Working with Program Management and Contracts, establish and maintain compliance with customer’s CDRL/SDRL delivery requirements and schedules
Inform Program Management when CDRL deliverables are due, and provide a delivery schedule status
Send contractual deliverable information to customer via secure web access, etc.
Ensure data packages are sent to vendors
Audit documentation and various reports
Copy software to CDs/DVDs/Blu-ray for distribution to SQA, PE or LSE, Test, PM
Order supplies to maintain reproduction services
Must have the ability to prioritize and manage work
Experience with MS Office Suite
Must have strong communication skills
Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
4 years' experience with SAP and Team Center strongly desired
Be able to work 100% On-Site
