Aerotek Production Buyer in Saint Paul, Minnesota
Position : Buyer II or Buyer III
Position Type: Direct Placement
Shift: Day Shift
Pay Range: $65k-$80k annually (DOE)
Job Summary:
Secure goods and services to support the Company in a manner consistent with corporate guidelines and needs, Lowest Total Cost, and Purchasing Best Practices while maintaining excellence in Quality.

Qualifications: Education & Experience:
Buyer Level I:
High School Diploma or GED required. • 1-2 years of Purchasing in a manufacturing environment.
Buyer Level II:
High School Diploma or GED required. 4-year college degree preferred. • C.P.M., ISO and GMP experience preferred. • 3-5 years of progressive procurement responsibility in a manufacturing environment
Buyer Level III:
High School Diploma or GED required. • 4-year college degree required or 10 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment including training, contracts, and leading successful negotiations.

Holiday Pay:
1-5 years = 80 hours 6-11 years = 120 hours 12-25 years = 160 hours 25+ = 200 hours
Continuing education plan/tuition assistance:
The company will provide educational assistance in the form of reimbursement to eligible employees up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year, for coursework at a degree or certificate granting institution at either high school, vocational, college or graduate level
