The Opportunity
Reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager APAC, the position involves the receiving and commissioning of all rental assets for the Encore business, which includes R2 administration, ensuring all equipment complies with the organization’s safety standards, communicating with relevant stakeholders to identify requirements, strong attention to detail with an excellent knowledge of related equipment and Ad hoc duties as required.
Core Responsibilities
Receiving and reconciling deliveries against purchase orders
Liaising with suppliers for order queries
Identification and management of additional manufacturing requirements i.e. Rigging, Material handling, Electrical work
Ensure all new equipment complies with the business safety standards and are proactive at highlighting and resolving issues relating to these standards
R2 administration such as receiving assets and transfer of assets
Effectively manage timelines of equipment commissioning as per planning
Your Background
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of audio-visual equipment
Experience in commissioning of assets
Drivers, forklift, EWP and Test & tag license
High level computer skills (Word, Excel, R2)
Ability to translate internal customer requirements to external stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Time management skills; the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines
Excellent decision making skills
