SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for assigned clients under the direction of the Recruiting Manager. They will be responsible for the execution of the identified local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

LOCATION: Hybrid - Riedman Campus

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; Days
ATTRIBUTES
- One (1) year of relevant experience required
- Prior recruitment experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of area colleges desired, with experience in on campus recruitment
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic, passionate individual with ability to promote and sell the organization
- Recruitment Planning. Create and modify job descriptions; create a recruitment and interview plan for each open position; develop a pool of qualified candidates; research and recommend new sources for active and passive recruiting; maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system; make offers to candidates and oversee successful onboarding of new hires
- Networking. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates; utilize social/professional networking sites to identify and source candidates; research new ways of using the internet for recruitment; network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
- Collaboration. Work with hiring managers on staffing needs and creation of requisitions; conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

PAY RANGE: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
