Job Title: **Asphalt Paving Foreman - Plant City

Must have the following to apply:

• At least 2 years of experience in all aspects of paving operations; to include operation of all paving equipment
• Communication and leadership skills
• Able to work days, nights, or weekends as needed
• Able to complete all required paperwork
• Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's license

**Required Screenings/Tests: Drug Testing/Screening; Background Checks; Motor Vehicle Record Check.

**Job Description: We are seeking to fill a skilled Asphalt Paving Foreman for our Plant City, Florida operations.

Duties and Responsibility:**

• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of work to be performed by the asphalt crew
• Assist with the supervision and direction of assigned asphalt laborers and equipment operators relating to the spreading, finishing and compacting of asphalt
• Provide guidance and development of all asphalt crew members
• Receive, prioritize, and assign daily work assignments
• Observe work in progress and provide guidance and direction on procedures and techniques
• Ensure safe practices and procedures are followed
• Assist with the monitoring and/or coordinating the maintenance and repair of all assigned equipment
• Other duties as assigned
