Description

Robert Half is seeking a PA licensed attorney with 3-7 years of experience within civil litigation; plaintiff. Consumer law experience preferred, but not required. This role focuses on civil litigation, specifically supporting our consumer litigation team. The successful candidate will leverage their high-level writing skills and experience in document review. This is a contract to hire position fully onsite in Center City Philadelphia.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 3-7 years of experience in Civil litigation, preferably with a focus on plaintiffs

• Provide support to the consumer litigation team

• Utilize high-level writing skills for various legal documents and communications

• Conduct thorough document reviews as necessary

• Apply knowledge and experience with Case Management Software, Legal software, and LexisNexis

• Use the Management System for efficient workflow and organization

• Prepare and deliver briefings on case progress and outcomes

• Handle Civil Litigation Experience and Claim Administration

• Manage Complaint Handling and Documentation

• Utilize your background in Consumer Law and Legal Writing for effective case management.

Requirements

• Must be active and in good standing in PA

• Proven experience in Civil Litigation and Claim Administration

• Ability to handle complaints and manage documentation effectively

• Experience in Consumer Law and legal writing is required

• Strong skills in Briefing and Document Review

• Familiarity with Management System software

• Proven history in successfully handling Civil Litigation cases

• Background in Consumer Law is preferred

• Proficiency in Legal Writing and Document Review is required.
