Aggreko Commercial Support Officer in Perth, Australia

We are hiring immediately a Project Administrator; a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

The purpose of this position is to ensure effective management of commercial and pre/post award of the contract and supervise the biding process and provide support to the Energy Services team .

Your key responsibilities:

We’re Dynamic & Innovative.

  • Monitor expenditure and process payments for suppliers.

  • Monitoring and managing various tender sites for new and existing opportunities.

  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and conference registrations for team members.

  • Organising internal and external events.

  • Attends meetings and takes meeting notes.

  • Collate returnable schedules and other deliverables for tenders.

  • Create and maintain a bid library of standardised content, templates, and case studies for future use.

  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials.

  • Full participation and support to Orange Excellence initiatives and projects.

You will have the following experience:

  • Sound computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office software

  • Sound communication skills both oral and written including report writing

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Be proficient in all areas of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
