The Sales Manager is responsible for working collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to grow sales, helping customers to stay relevant in the industry and fiscally healthy as an Independent Retailer. Leads and directs the activities of Sales Team members. Reports to the Director of Customer Experience.
Job Description
Full Time, On Site
Location: Pearl City, HI
You will contribute by:
Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in order to create and implement best practices and grow sales while maintaining customer advocacy
Supporting customer's business strategy by developing solutions to enable revenue growth for both the customer and the Company
Driving business impact by building, developing, and scaling existing team to generate growth and sales opportunities; lead team to be organized, aligned with, and accountable to company goals, focused on delivering braggingly happy customers.
Managing escalated customer opportunities efficiently and effectively
Developing strategic priorities and translate customer needs into development of sales opportunities for the company
Proactively recommend enhancements to leadership to improve processes and support overall team objectives
Monitor and manage contract renewals and expansion of existing business

We’re searching for candidates with:
Advanced knowledge of Grocery Industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiating skills
Retail Grocery experience a plus
Sales Leadership experience including implementation and ongoing management of goal setting and accountability metrics.
Years Of Experience
- 5-7: Years of relevant work experience in sales, retail, or customer development with a track record of achieving objectives. Experience managing a team.

Bachelor's Degree - Business
