Description

Immediate need for Senior Administrative Assistant. Candidate will be responsible for:

• Setup Project Cost Reports from the EPC Estimate Data

• Support the setup of the Time-Phased model; Progress Curves, Staffing Plans, and Cash Flows

• Support the setup and implementation of the EPC Management Cost Report

• Support the setup and implementation of Unifier to manage Contracts, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Change Orders, and Project Cost Reports

• Support the external and internal Monthly Reports

• Provide Support to Client Billings

• Support to ongoing department initiatives and training programs
