To provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person. Complete patient check-in/out tasks and other administrative tasks as assigned. Greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and performing insurance verifications. Will also assist other staff with overflow work, as needed. Works a rotating weekend shift.
