Job Description

• Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) including booking of cheques and daily receipts from clients.

• Credit control of outstanding from clients.

• Assist in posting of inter-company invoices

• Issuance of inter-company invoices to related companies for recharge.

• Booking of netting entries.

• Handle intercompany confirmation and aging reports for specific entities.

• Responsible for bank reconciliation for specific entities.

• Assist and support in internal and external audits queries.

• Other adhoc duties / responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy with minimum 1 year of working experience in finance and accounting role

• Good accounting knowledge

• Has a keen eye for detail, has integrity, and good analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and experience in JD Edwards system is a plus

• Able to work independently and is self-driven
