The position will take on E2E responsibility for Solution Technology, Operation, Protection and partly Financials in alignment with the business requirements and architecture guidelines.

This is your role. What part will you play?

• Ensure futureproof state-of-the-art Solution strategy, align Solution strategy with Service Owner and Solutions Architect.

• Ensure Solution (cluster) Operation. Prioritization and coordination of tasks. Change management in RUN (no implementation).

• Solution (cluster) security, concepts, fixing of security findings. Approval and overview of FW rules.

• Financials-enable HW/SW maintenance and support contracts.

• Act as expert to support Solutions Architects, IT Service Manager, PM, Finance/Legal/Compliance/Governance, Customers (SmaaS-Service).

• TCP/IP networks

• firewall functionality and rules

• cyber security requirements

• ITIL methodology

Management skills:

Nice to have:

• overview of network technology in the market

• knowledge of our already in place vendor hardware (Juniper & Extreme)

• deeper knowledge in layer 2 and layer 3 networks

• experience in task automation (e.g. infrastructure as code)

• experience in process workflow creation
