You will oversee the sales strategy and goals, improve sales pipelines, and develop customer relationships among other things. On a given day, you may: Sales Strategies: Establish and implement sales’ strategy and goals that support overall business plan Lead the regional sales managers and Sales Development Manager (inside sales team). Stay up to date to understand industry/segment trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics. Establish account management processes. Manage targeted revenues and margin goals for designated area. Attend trade shows and other sales and marketing events and promote further sales of our products and services. Improve Sales Pipelines: Monitor main pipeline metrics to ensure pipeline at all stages. Develop Customer Relationships Maintain existing and build new customer relationships by preparing and making sales presentations focusing on value to customer Develop broad multi-function relationships between JBT and the Customer organizations Establish detailed account plans that identify and address customer requirements. Insure rapid, accurate and professional responses to customer requests, including quotations, contracts and proposals. Why work at JBT ... Bachelor's degree (Technical/Science) Travel & Location You will be under a remote schedule and we ask that you travel approximately 75% of the time (USA).
