What you will be doing:

• Customer support, answering questions, handling escalated matters via email, chat, and over the phone

• Building relationships

• Work with various departments and management

• Order entry and data entry

• Inventory management

• Able to bring ideas to the table and find work to help grow the business - where the company is expanding, someone who creates tasks vs waiting to be told what is next.

  Requirements

Experience:

• 1-2 years related experience

• Customer service experience is a MUST

• Experience in Order/PO entry preferred

• Product experience preferred

• Software savvy

• Can work independently and with a team

• Self-starter is hugely important.
