Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. One (1) year related experience as a Lead Software Developer, Project Manager, or related position. Experience is required and must include: Manage short-, middle-, and long-term project phases following ASPICE requirements (planning, risk management, execution, control); Management of system domains maintenance; Software project risk management, integration/release planning and coordination, and resource management; Communicating with project teams and customer (status reporting, workshops, negotiation); Tools/Technologies : Project management per Agile methodology; DOORs; MS Project/MS Office; Google Sheets/Slides/Docs; Jira/CoreALM; AUTOSAR Classic; Automotive SPICE; Functional safety ISO 26262.Duties: Manage short-, middle-, and long-term project phases following ASPICE requirements. Supervise system domain maintenance including software increment, change requests, and bug fixes. Utilize Agile methodology in software project processes. Handle software project resource allocation and risk mitigation. Oversee software feature planning, integration, testing, and status reporting. Employ MS Project/Office and CoreALM/Jira for project planning and execution control, ensuring adherence to AUTOSAR Classic and ISO26262 standards. Develop andmaintain communication processes within project teams. Facilitate customer and third-party supplier communications, including status reporting and negotiations. Utilize DOORs for requirements elicitation and Google Sheets/Slides for project tasks related to Automotive Infotainment and Vehicle Control Systems. Lead software integration and release planning and coordination. Demonstrate team leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills in conflict resolution and project execution. Position does not have direct reports/supervisory responsibilities but does involve team leadership and project management. *Position allows for telecommuting and may require applicant to provide intermittent on-site services at unanticipated client worksites throughout the U.S. Applicant must be willing to travel and relocate.
