Requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.

• Oversee the design of social assets from agencies, ensuring they follow our guidelines for external partners and maintain/enhance quality before release to markets (including file management & quality check).

• Create compelling and engaging visual content for various social media platforms, including graphics, animations, and motion graphics.

• Develop creative concepts and designs that effectively communicate key messages and engage our target audience, with a focus on promoting beauty and wellness experiences.

• Infuse beauty and wellness elements into social media content, creating experiences that resonate with our audience's desire for self-care, relaxation, and beauty.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media design, digital marketing, as well as beauty and wellness industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of social platforms and their creative formats.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social design.

• Proven depth of experience in design, social, and digital, demonstrated through a portfolio of work.

• Strong command of graphics, typography, layout, form, and color.

• Experience in motion graphics and animation, specifically for social and/or digital platforms.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design required.

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
