Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65300 - $88200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities

• Establish and implement standards for uniforms, CGS, and FFE across all locations, while allowing style adaptation for each unique location

• Support strategic creative development and execution of visual merchandising and interior design, partnering cross-functionally for effective implementation

• Supervise vendors and procurement to ensure consistency in distribution formats, liaising with key partners to track project milestones and ensure timely implementation

• Conduct field training sessions to communicate current and future merchandising direction, develop presentation skills, and identify talent for performance excellence

• Balance a strong management presence with approachability, encouraging associate feedback and interaction, while leading and coaching remotely to provide solutions for merchandising opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field

• Minimum of 6 years of management experience in visual merchandising, interior design, or industrial design, preferably in hospitality

• Working knowledge and ability to use tools, fixture systems, lighting, props, mannequins

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite; AutoCAD and REVIT are a plus

• Working knowledge of a stadium concession operation in a sporting arena preferred
