Grow your career with an innovative global bank in New York, NY as a Project Manager with a focus on Market Risk. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite per week.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s/University degree.
10+ years of experience in project management, with sufficient domain knowledge of managing large and complex project/programs whilst facing senior stakeholders.
Strong data analysis.
Project management, business analysis and change management expertise in delivering complex solutions.
Experience within the financial industry.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies/principles and their application in a large-scale transformation.
Strong industry experience in a market risk management and/or relevant project management/consulting role.
Presentation skills using tools such as PowerPoint.
Desired Skills & Experience
Master’s degree.
Project Management, Business Analysis certifications e.g. PMP, ISEB or equivalent.
Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project.
What You Will Be Doing
This will be 60% project management and 40% business analysis.
Support the Program Initiative Lead(s) to ensure suitable program governance and reporting is established and maintained.
Lead/participate in working groups/scrums with stakeholders and technology partners to manage the delivery within the agreed timeline(s).
Identify synergies between asset classes to minimize delivery risk and maximize adoption.
Identify risks & issues and proactively seek to resolve or escalate them in a timely and well-articulated manner.
Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring to various forums and committees.
Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to support the execution of project.
Support the business through UAT, E2E and production parallel testing.
Assist in ensuring that all target state tools, processes and controls are socialized effectively.
Work with Internal Audit stakeholders to ensure credible challenge throughout the remediation process and validation of results in line with company’s Internal Audit requirements.
