Perform assigned responsibilities and support all projects/activities under the supervision of a licensed Architect. Conduct site visits to survey project locations. Document existing building conditions and prepare conditions reports. Assist with development of designs. Utilize knowledge of ADA compliance standards and their application to design. Prepare construction documentation - drawings and specifications. Prepare presentation materials. Coordinate with project team members - internal and outside consultants. Communicate with design resources, such as material suppliers, fabricators, etc. Review construction submittals. Attend project meetings. Work with public agencies and their design departments. Must have a Master’s degree in Architecture. Must have at least 3 years experience in an Architectural Design Firm working on school, mixed use, and/or infrastructure design projects. Experience in MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam also required. Full-time. Must have proof of authority to work in the United States. Salary range: $86,466.00 - $95,112.00 per year.
