Role Overview: This role is heavily involved in executing the client facing API vision for embedded finance, working with engineering to design and deliver industry leading solutions for our commercial clients. Taking a customer and value centric approach to design, you will deliver solutions that span the Mastercard product portfolio, providing a consistent UX for our clients whilst reducing obstacles to adoption. Responsibilities: Responsible for developing inspiring platform/product visions, derived from business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends. Decomposes business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions that drive the platform/product roadmap. Creation and elaboration of features to allow the engineers to fully execute the intended outcome of the feature. Work closely with the engineering teams through design, development, release and maintenance of the product to help deliver ensure its quality and successful delivery Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, iteration, and continuous improvement. Own and manage product documentation and support development of user and release documentation. About You: Proven experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a SaaS or customer-facing environment. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Experience in working with REST APIs and microservices. Experience with Scrum and Agile Development. Proven experience working with software engineering teams, preferably in an agile environment to analyse software requirements, model business processes/workflows, and align software requirements to business strategy. Strong analytical skills with ability to drive deep product insights from data. Strong ability to interact with, influence, and build consensus across a variety of internal business units, external partners, and service providers.
