Manager IT Audit Assessor (m/f/d)
Legal Entity: Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH
Location: Munich, Germany
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the organization, execution, and optimization of IT J-SOX audit /audit of DSPU Europe SAP process landscape
Consulting and DSPU Europe interaction partner for Fujitsu EUROPE internal audit & Business Process Owners
Named contact for J-SOX document collection, preparation, and review
Responsibility for performing periodic checks of user access and authorization concepts for SAP applications
Delivery of evidence for IT controls related to SAP Infrastructure and SAP Basis
Advice on the design and ongoing monitoring during regular review of change and incident handling processes (Change Requests and ticketing processing)
Digital transformation of J-SOX audit processes towards automation of audit reporting (SAP GRC / ServiceNow / Microsoft)
Qualifications:
Knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC6.0 & S/4 HANA) architecture and basic knowledge of communication technologies (SAP EDI, ALE, web services, file interfaces)
SAP GRC knowledge of Access Control (AC) & Process Control (PC) modules.
Understand roles and authorization concepts in SAP (especially task-based role concept)
General overview of the global system landscapes
Knowledge and analysis of business processes
Understanding SAP Modules and their capabilities
Process & Data Mining experience would be preferable
Relevant education/qualification
Multiple years of professional experience (e.g., IT Audit, Consulting, GRC or internal audit functions)
Fluent in English
Good self-organization, ability to plan, structure and execute (Project Management experience)
Assertive and critical thinking
Strong orientation to achieve added value
Interact with internal and external regional and global stakeholders (service providers, business partners, internal departments (DSPU, Finance, HR, Internal Audit etc.))
