Location – Navi Mumbai - Pawne

• Drive the service strategy and develop the service team to meet or exceed service targets.

• Nodal point of contact for pan India customers to handle customer complaints and service business.

• Develop Authorized Service centers (ASCs) for inhouse repairs or field and maintenance services.

• Formulate service agreements with ASCs and some select key accounts.

• Coordinate service activities, including retrofit, repair, and spare parts management of geared motors at our ASCs or customer sites.

• Collaborate with other departments and central function to ensure seamless customer service.

• Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

• Develop and implement training programs for service technicians and ASCs to enhance their competence.

• Monitor and analyze service performance metrics pan India, providing regular reports to senior management.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
