Application Development Senior Advisors (Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc., Morris Plains, NJ): Design and develop conversational AI applications which support Omni channels (IVR, SMS, Chat); Provide ongoing technical support and leadership, and integration support for all outbound multimedia (chat, text, voice) applications, their corresponding business transactions and production support for company’s contact centers; Work closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of business issues, identify analyze, and translate business needs into functional specifications; Build, configure and implement multimedia applications utilizing conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI); Define multimedia requirements with the business, devising and presenting solutions to larger audience to ensure buy in by both business and technical teams; Deliver multimedia (chat, text, voice) user interface design documentation outlining backend interfaces to support business functionality and application development; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to multimedia products as a result of alerts or customer complaints, including identification of root cause and prevention measures; Interface with Quality Assurance (QA) and business users on need basis for any issues or challenges; Work closely with onsite and offshore team in delivering best in class solutions in contact center space; Code in Java and code business logic in multi-tier environment; Design user experience for multimedia applications; Build conversational flows using conversational AI development framework and tools; and Design and manage multi-media content.
