Responsible for managing the Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) projects and working closely with Operations Managers and clients pertaining to the execution and completion of assigned work scopes.
Duties & Responsibilities
Address daily issues and lend assistance and ideas to problems the crew may be facing.
Address scheduled events and ask questions regarding areas that may have been overlooked.
Check on critical parts.
Discuss safety routines and discuss STOP and Observation cards. Give ideas so they will start to make this routine in daily work.
Verify receipt and accuracy of systems daily report.
Work with Operations Manager and Logistics Department in assembling of crew for new projects.
Assist with transportation Logistics when required.
Check on equipment and parts movements.
Approve requisitions as needed.
Be available 24/7 for contact from offshore job sites/client representatives.
Collaborate with the offshore teams and internal support groups to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Assist Operations Manager in overseeing equipment maintenance, repair and inventory programs.
Assist with MOC’s when required.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of ROV experience in a field and/or administrative setting, but to include at least one (1) to two (2) years in an Offshore Project Supervisor or leadership role, Office, Project Management, or Operations Management role; or, any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.
Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night. \
Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place.
Work surface is stable (flat).

Wear PPE protection for body, vision, and hearing protection
