Description

We are actively looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our client in Modesto's team on a potential contract to hire basis.

The role will be working onsite and main duties will include but not limited to:

• Greet incoming visitors and team members in person and on the phone

• Track current production levels and record purchases and products maintained location

• Assist in validating purchases by receiving and unloading inventory and purchased items

• Provide team members with supplies as needed

• Maintain inventory logs with a high level of accuracy, including adjusting, editing, and troubleshooting

• Prepare items to be sent via company inter-office

• Review and confirm Bills of Lading for accuracy

• Cross-train with all team members in Inventory Clerk roles

• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in data entry

• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail

• Ability to follow directions effectively

• Team player with good verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Be flexible with start time and open to working weekends and overtime as needed

• Ideally 35+WPM in typing

  Requirements

At least 1 year of inventory control experience, ideally in a distribution center setting, 35+WPM in typing.
